Here's a quick story of kindness. Grew up in North Central Texas in the middle of the Bible Belt. We had ONE Jewish kid in our class but I don't remember anyone ever caring. We 're poor after Dad had a long illness and died. This kid's Dad was not trying to push stereotype our town's tailor and men's shop. I was lucky enough to to be accepted to an Ivy League school a big deal for our school! This kind man, knowing how poor were, had his son invite me to his shop.


He outfitted from head to toe in my first real suit, tie, socks, and shoes. To save me any embarrassment, he assured me he would have to take time to tally up the bill and he'd mail it to the house. When I got home and showed Ma, she started crying Soon started crying asking her what was wrong. She, of course, said, "honey, we'll never get a bill". One of the earliest acts of kindness that I could comprehend that truly made an impact on my life

Highly disappointed being a huge Dr. Seuss fan from the mainland itself Springfield Ma I give it it didn't feel like a Dr. Seuss animated movie like the Lorax. The storyline was original but it seemed to bore not a holiday spirit movie how I wish it could have been. I went with my girlfriend my nephews and my girlfriend's sisters, as well as my sister a total of 10 and only 1.


Enjoyed it and it was my 3yo nephew I think it was more because of the big moose and the goat but the Grinch voice to me was not funny or kid appealing, the jokes the movie had you see all of them on the previews, who vill didn't seem like who vill idk just sadly disappointed not even a green egg and ham breakfast was seen in the movie even doe it's a different book but you would think adding little touches like that would have been nice.

Saw it tonight and we loved it. It was cute and funny. I liked how it mostly sticks to the old story, but it's different as well. My daughter already requested it on DVD for her birthday in the spring. We went and watched it last night. Cute! My girls and I loved it! Gotta love how people are hating on this movie just because it’s not as “epic” as the Jim Carey version and/or 100% true to the book. It was simple but fun and emotional in some parts. I felt bad for what the Grinch went through as a child to be sad, and the subplot with Cindy to be touching, especially the way it tied into the main plot later, and the ending was just a plain feel-good ending. Everyone’s a critic these days. People need to stop acting like everything has to be a god tier, revolutionary masterpiece, like Toy Story, in order to be any good.
